Thank you for purchasing from QuickBooks US. We strive to provide genuine license keys and a smooth buying experience. Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is strict but fair.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Disclaimer

All items sold on QuickBooks US are digital license keys for QuickBooks Desktop 2024 (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, Mac). These keys are delivered instantly via email and are intended for single-use activation only.
Because the product is intangible and delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final unless specific conditions are met.

When Refunds Are Considered

We may issue a refund or replacement key only under the following circumstances:
 
  • The license key does not work and fails to activate the software (confirmed as defective by Intuit).
  • No key was delivered within 2 hours of purchase (after checking spam/junk folders).
  • You made a duplicate payment by mistake.
 

When Refunds Are Not Provided

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You entered the wrong email address at checkout.
  • You did not check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  • The key was successfully delivered and/or activated.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You are unable to install or use the software due to system incompatibility.
  • Your device has technical issues, viruses, or internet connectivity problems.
  • You requested support but did not respond to follow-up emails.
 

How to Request Support or a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us at:

  • Your order number
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Email address used during checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any error messages (e.g., during activation)
 

We aim to respond within 12–24 business hours. Refund decisions are reviewed case by case and may take up to 5 business days to process.

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will either resend a valid license key, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.
 

Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

No Refunds for Activated Licenses

Once a license key has been used to activate QuickBooks Desktop, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
