1. Acceptance of Terms
   By browsing, ordering, or downloading any information from QuickBooks US, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Nature of Our Products
   We sell digital license keys for QuickBooks Desktop 2024 — including Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Mac editions. These keys are:

• 100% genuine and sourced through authorized channels
• Intended for single-use activation only
• Delivered digitally via email — no physical product is shipped

The actual software must be downloaded from the official Intuit website. We are not the developer of QuickBooks software.

3. License Key Usage
   You understand and agree that:

• The license key allows you to activate QuickBooks Desktop under Intuit’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
• You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the software’s requirements.
• Each key is valid for one installation only, unless otherwise specified by Intuit.
• You may not resell, share, duplicate, or redistribute the key after purchase.

4. Pricing and Payments
   All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or limit quantities.

5. Digital Delivery
   After payment, your license key and download instructions are sent to your email within 5 to 45 minutes.

• Email delivery delays caused by your provider
• Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout
• Failure to check spam, junk, or promotions folders

6. No Refunds (Digital Product Policy)
   All sales are final. Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided once the license key has been delivered, except in cases of:

• Proven delivery failure (no key received within 2 hours)
• Defective key that fails to activate (verified by Intuit)
• Duplicate payment

7. Intellectual Property
   QuickBooks US does not own the software you purchase. “QuickBooks” and related names are trademarks of Intuit Inc., and all rights belong to their respective owners.

All content on the QuickBooks US website — including text, design, and branding — is the property of QuickBooks US and protected by U.S. copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to:

• Use our site for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our website
• Make false claims about product ownership or affiliation with Intuit
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bulk orders

9. Limitation of Liability
   QuickBooks US provides license keys on an “as-is” basis. We do not:

• Guarantee software compatibility, performance, or error-free use
• Provide technical support for installing or using QuickBooks
• Accept liability for data loss, financial decisions, or business impact from software use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBooks US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase from us will be resolved in the courts located in New York.
